How to Close your Google AdSense account and start over a new adsensealternatives

Recently my friend has an account in google publishing / marketing program while he was working aboard, and after he move back to his origin country he can’t change his payee country due google policy. Google adsense suggest him to close his account and welcome when he want to sign up with new adress and new country. If your have the same problen, simply follow this few step to close your google account:
